ACE-200 특허권 200억 원 호가, 국내외 공식 에이전트로 엠디웰 지정
세계최초로 특허를 받은 초정밀 그래픽 스핀코터(spin coater) ACE-200의 핵심기술인
OS(operation system 운영체계)및 특수하우징 이전에 관한 특허권 가격이 치솟고
있다. ACE-200은 반도체-PDP-LCD-신소재관련 연구 장비 전문 제조기업인 동아무역(회장
이현재 www.spincoater.kr)이 개발 생산하고 있는 장비로 국내외 시장에서 큰 호응을
얻고 있다. “ACE-200이 세계 최초로 특허를 획득한 실시간 초정밀 그래픽 구현기술은 세계
동종업계에서 따라올 수 없는 독보적인 기술로 특허권 및 저작권의 가치가 이제 200억 원을 넘고
있다”고 동아무역 이 현재 회장은 말한다.
이 회장에 따르면 ACE-200을 통해 사용자가 원하는 스핀코팅 데이터 값을 얻는 시간이 상대적으로
매우 빠른 점, 코팅 정확도가 세계 최고 수준인 ±1 R.P.M인 점, OS의 강점으로 PCB(인쇄회로기판)
한 장으로 모든 시스템을 구현함으로서 스핀코터를 사용할 때 부주의로 고장 발생시 Local A/S가
가능한 장점 등 이 높은 평가를 받고 있으며, 최근 미국, 영국, 인도 등 해외 유수기업에서
기술 특허를 사겠다는 제안이 잇따르고 있다. 지난 달 중국 상해에서 열린 세미컴 차이나에서 미팅을
가진 미국의 한 기업에선 2,000만 달러(한화 약 220억 원)를 제시하기도 했다.
하지만 이 회장은 반도체강국 생산 공정에 필요한 핵심기술을 팔아서 개인의 부를 축적하여 국가
경제에 해가 되는 일은 하지 않겠다는 신념으로 완강히 거절했다며 앞으로도 IT강국의 반도체 장비관련
OS(운영체계) 및 신기술 개발 발전에 더욱 힘쓰겠다고 밝혔다. 또한 이 회장은 특허의 중요성을
중요시하고 안양대학교 경영행정대학원에서 주관하는 까다로운 발명코디네이터 교육을 이수, ‘발명
코디네이터 자격인증서’를 취득 했다.
한편 동아무역은 ACE-200이 외국산 장비보다 성능이 우수하고 가격은 저렴한 강점이 부각됨으로서
국내, 외 시장 공급이 지속적으로 확산되고 있어 연간 300억 원 이상의 수입 대체 효과가 기대된다고
밝혔다. 동아무역은 올 들어 미국, EU(영국, 독일 등), 중국, 인도 등 해외 20여 개국의
대리점과 글로벌 망을 통해 ACE-200 수출 신장에도 가속도를 내고 있다고 덧붙이며 “그동안
ACE-200을 국내외 수요 확산에 큰 역할을 담당 해온 엠디웰(www.mdwell.kr)을
해외 에이전트사로 지정하는 등 해외 네트워크 확장에도 힘을 기울이고 있다“고 이 회장은 말했다.

both domestic and overseas markets. "A C E-200,

graphics technology in the world, our unique technology,
patents and copyrights are not unbeatable and now has
worth more than 20billion won" the Chairman of
the Dong-Ah trade corporation H. J. Lee said.
According to the Chairman Lee, this equipment has been
highly evaluated its advantages, the time to get your
spincoating data value through A C E-200 is relaively
very fast, high-precision coating is ±1 R.P.M(top-level
in the world), with strengths of OS, just one PCB [printed
circuit board] can realize all the system and at fault
when a careless use of user local A/S is possible etc.
Recently, the United States, United Kingdom, India,
the world`s leading overseas companies in the technology,
successively proposed buying the technical patent. In
the Semicon-China held in Shanghai last month at a meeting,
One United States corporation suggested 2,000 million
dollars. (about 22 billion won)
But the Chairman Lee stubbornly refused the proposal
with the brief which he could not sell core technology
in the production process of semiconductor powerhouse
to accumulate wealth and could not be detrimental to
the national economy. And he said that he would do his
best for further development of OS [operating system]
and new technology related IT powerhouse semiconductor
equipment. Emphasizing the importance of patents, he
completed a difficult invention coordinator training
organized by Anhyang University Graduate School of Business
Administration and acquired qualified certificate of
invention coordinator.
On the other hand, Dong-Ah trade corporation said that
the supply of A C E-200 in both domestic and overseas
market has been expand constantly for this year by being
highlighted the advantage of excellent performance and
cheaper price comparing to foreign equipment, so substitution
import effect more than 30 billion won a year is expected.
The company added that it has accelerated increasing
of ACE-200 export through more than 20 country such
as United States, EU [United Kingdom, Germany, etc.],
China, India`s agency and global networks.
The Chairman Lee said that his company is trying effort
to expand overseas network, for example, assigning the
MDwell company (www.mdwell.kr) which has been responsible
for a large part in spreading ACE-200 in domestic and
abroad market as official overseas agent.
