The WSL is ESD safe and provides fast heat-up and superior thermal recovery
to allow for faster and more efficient soldering. It features a heating element
that is contained in the pencil rather than the tip so you don't throw away a
good heater every time you wear out a tip. The tips are secured to the pencil by
use of a threaded end, which eliminates the need for a barrel nut. Tip
temperature is adjustable from 150°F to 850°F. The standard setback feature
saves tip life and power. If the soldering pencil is not used for 20 minutes,
the temperature is reduced to 300°F. After 60 minutes of inactivity, the unit is
switched off. The micro soldering pencil has a short tip-to-grip distance which

보다 나은 Soldering을 위해서는 고순도 Solder의 선택 이상으로
적절한 Flux의 선택 또한 필수적이다.
Flux는 필수적으로 산화막을 신속하게 제거해야하고, 최적의 납땜성과 젖음성을 위하여 노출된
표면을 깨끗하게 해야한다. 천연 송진과 순도 높은 chemical을 사용하여 제조된 Alpha Flux들은 집적화되는 SMT공정의 적용에
효과적이다.
또한 Alpha No-Clean Flux들은 고활성, 저잔사로 환경적으로도 매우 안전할 뿐 아니라 Solvent의 사용이
