Our simple 3 in 1 system is cost effective, easy to set up, add components as you need them while using the systems separately or together.
Use with PLCC, QFP, SOP and SOJ etc. SMT devices. Heated air flows form both the top and bottom to more evenly heat the PCB and components to prevent warping or heat damage. Quick heat up time saves time and components. Perfect for rework stations or the production line.

The Preheat System 628 incorporates a long life ceramic heating element with a P.I.P. controller.
Heat up time is fast and when the temperature is preset to 180°C or lower, the 628 makes an ideal preheat station providing a constant, stable heat supply that makes reworking components on the PCB assembly quick and easy no matter how large the board.
The Hot Air 626 incorporates a powerful, quiet running air pump with a 300W ceramic heating element to offer quick heat up and a even, plentiful air flow. There are 30 types of focus hoods are available to meet most rework applications.

TEMPERATURE STABILITY LOCK-OUT FEATURE

Precision "Tip Temperature" Accuracy is mastered to within ± 3°C (6°F) Utilizing state of the art circuit technology and a built in P.T.C. sensor, located at the end of each ceramic heater shaft for accurate temperature control. Auto-Temp soldering stations are constructed with a lock-out feature to allow supervisors the ability to set and lock the stations at a specific temperature. This is accomplished with a special size allen head screw located on the front of the panel.

"Zero Voltage" switching and fully grounded design meets military application standards for protection of electro-sensitive devices against line transience and voltage spikes. Tip leakage is less than 0.4 millivolts or 0.5 ohm resistance. Ergonomic mini handle that stays cool. Handle assembly cord is made from silicone rubber that won't be damaged when coming into contact with high temperature irons.

EXTERNAL CALIBRATION PORT ISOLATED & HIGH IMPACT

A calibration port is located on the face of the unit thus temperature adjustments are quick and convenient. The power unit is isolated from the A.C. line by a high quality transformer and only 24 Vac voltage is used to drive the heating element. The tough plastic PC housing is stronger to better withstand high impact bumps and abrasions. All materials meet UL standards.

EXTERNAL CALIBRATION PORT	ISOLATED & HIGH IMPACT
A calibration port is located on the face of the unit thus temperature adjustments are quick and convenient.	The power unit is isolated from the A.C. line by a high quality transformer and only 24 Vac voltage is used to drive the heating element. The tough plastic PC housing is stronger to better withstand high impact bumps and abrasions. All materials meet UL standards.
