DRY FILM LAMINATOR

Btl121a3.GIF (18587 bytes) Dry Film photoresists, 12" wide can be laminated to the top surface of copper clad panels at a constant speed of 5.4 FPM with the Kepro BTL-121B Laminator.  A 13" wide paper "back up" sheet is used to convey boards through the temperature adjustable, thermostatically controlled, heated laminating rollers.  Panels requiring Dry Film on two sides are passed through the machine a second time after trimming.  The Kepro BTL-121B Laminator requires only 8 minutes pre-heat time and is simply turned off when required laminating is completed.  A film cover is provided to protect against inadvertent light strike of Dry Film emulsion.  The Kepro BTL-121B is supplied with a 125 ft. roll of Kepro DFR-15 Dry Film and a roll of "back up" paper is shipped in operating position, "Ready to Run".  PVC, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and baked enamel finish ensure durability of this unit against corrosion.

Dry Film DEVELOPER        

btda3.JPG (9575 bytes) The Kepro BTD-201B is designed to spray-develop, exposed photosensitive coatings, requiring alkaline based chemistry, such as Kepro's Dry-Film photoresist.  Developing cycle, usually about 1 minute, is controlled with a 10 minute electrical timer activating spray pumps.   A lid safety switch disconnects electrical power to the pumps if the cover is opened when the chemical sprays are operating.  Panels are supported in a vertical fashion inside the developing chamber and sprayed from both sides.  The four gallon chemical sump is easily changed by use of the convenient drain tube.  The Model BTD-201B  plastic construction is designed for alkaline chemistry, such as Kepro's dry film resist.  A 1000 watt, grounded, titanium heater is thermostatically controlled to a constant temperature of 105°F.

btp602_3.JPG (6866 bytes) The Kepro BTP-602 is designed specifically for plating contact fingers on plug-in circuit boards.   Up to six panels, 12" long with single or double sided connector patterns can be plated at one time.  Maximum current is 1 ampere.  A variable transformer adjusts to the desired current and a timer controls the plating time.  Contact fingers are normally plated in 5 to 10 minutes, depending upon plating thickness desired.  The BTP-602 can be converted from gold to nickel plating with a simple change of electrolyte and anodes.  The BTP-602 Tab Plater is supplied with stainless steel anode for gold tab plating.

Model BTS-700A Hot Oil
  REFLOW SOLDER UNIT

bts700_3.jpg (6790 bytes) The Kepro Bench-Top Hot Oil Reflow unit, Model BTS-700A, is designed to provide a quick, easy method of reflowing solder plate on circuit boards up to 12"x12".  Five quarts of special reflow oil are retained in a heavy gauge stainless steel inner tank.  Two thermostatically controlled, 500 watt heaters provide uniform heat distribution.  The unit will reach, maintain and indicate its operating temperature range of 475° to 485° F in approximately one hour.  The BTS-700A is equipped with a safety over-ride thermostat, which will extinguish power to the heaters at 500° F and indicate an overheat condition.  Exterior is stainless steel with a self closing stainless steel tank cover.

*NOTE:  Use only high temperature reflow oils designed for circuit board solder reflow.

The Quick Circuit Mill/Drill/Routers are a series of computer controlled milling and drilling machines capable of producing single and double sided circuit boards using industry standard CAD output files such as Gerber, HPGL and Excellon.  A typical circuit board can be produced using a standard Model 5000 or 7000 in 60 minutes or less, and  the same board design can be produced in much less time using the 5000 HS or the 7000 HS (High Speed) units.  Tool change is semi-automatic and the machine accepts industry standard 0.125" shank by 1.5" length tools. Vacuum is required to remove drill, milling and routing trash from work area. The vacuum hose is supplied with all models.

The supplied IsoPro software features the latest windows graphical interface to make users productive immediately.  Load, view and edit your standard CAD output.  Create single or multiple isolation paths and easily specify partial or complete copper removal.
