• 고감도 포토레지스트, 솔더 마스크같은 다양한 종류의 소재를 신속, 간편하게 노광하도록 된 노광기 입니다.
• 25" X 30" (63.5 cm X 76.2 cm)까지 양면, 단면을 노광합니다.
• 양산과 高 생산성을 위한 노광기입니다.
• 캐비넷: 강철로 제작되었으며, 두 개의 긴 덥개로 쉽게 여닫을수 있습니다.
• 램프: 두 개의 할로겐 램프, 무오존 쿼츠(ozone-free quartz)는 공랭식 입니다.
• 균일도: ±10% C.A.D reflector(반사면).
• 냉각: 8,000 BTU/hr. 냉각은 캐비넷에 내장되어 있으며 뒤쪽에 컨덴서가 있습니다.노광 공정중에 터보 팬이 들어와 램프에 직접적으로 냉풍을 공급합니다.

MODEL SSX (단면노광기)

The SSX is a self contained, dual drawer, single sided production exposure unit for image resists for printed circuits and displays, using dry film or liquid photoimageables. The SSX includes dual additive, air cooled, ozone free quartz lamps which concentrate all of the effective energy into the precise spectral range required for sharp high resolution imaging.

두 개의 다우티 MAGIC 83 인티그레이터는 노광 프로그램을 10 개까지 까 저장수 .

각 프레임은 서로 독자적으로 프로그램을 할수 있습니다.

진공 프레임은 견고한 기어 랙위에서 스틸 트랙을 따라 움직이는 볼베어링에 의해서 동작합니다.

• 견고한 기어 트랙 및 베어링. 가속, 감속 모터로 동작합니다.

소형이며 유지비가 저렴합니다

에어컨이 내장되어 있으므로 노광중 안정된 냉각특성을 보여줍니다.

두 개의 열배기 덕트를 통해서 열교환기에 연결합니다.

노광 트레이를 손쉽게 크리닝할수 있으며,  5KW, 8KW 두가지의 모델이 있으며, 주문 사양도 가능합니다.
